Btw, regarding trying to download apps from online rather than a store I found its easiest to run "Ex File Explorer" and select the "view on PC" option. I've restarted the firestick, unplugged it, restarted my router but every time I plug it back in it goes straight to the screensaver and I can't do anything else with it. My batteries are working so indont understand how I can't get off the screen saver.
